In the Tribeca North area of Manhattan, architect Andrew Franz has repurposed a 3000 square/ft caviar warehouse into an open, contemporary loft style home. The roof features retractable glass and native plant species to New York that require very little upkeep. The rooftop view of Manhattan doesn’t hurt either. The house blends the interior with the outdoors with ample natural light from the roof and intimate 2nd floor dining/lounging area.
