A family from Sydney, Australia has adopted a magpie and raised her from a chick. Now the bird is convinced its part of the human flock. They named her Penguin.
Penguin was rescued in 2013 when she was 3 weeks old and was blown from her nest, Caters News Agency reported. Noah Bloom, 11, found the Magpie and brought her home to his parents where they nursed her back to health. She is free to fly, and often does go away for a few days, but always returns to greet her new family.
Penguin has become part of the family and lucky for us, the father is a professional photographer. Join the following and check out Penguin’s awesome Instagram page!
